We have a dedicated Customer Services team to deal with all your housing enquiries.

We are available from 8:30am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Call us on 0800 0336 360 free from any landline (mobile rates may vary) or you can call 0116 210 4659 from a mobile at your standard rate.

Our 'out of hours' service is available from 4:30pm to 8:30am using the same number as above.  This service is for Emergency Repairs only.  An example of an Emergency Repair would be, no heating or hot water;  no electricity;  major flood/burst pipe;  blocked toilet (if there is only one in the property).
